Partnering with Miller Valentine, Greiwe Development renovated the Polk Building into the award-winning Park Place at Lytle Place. The 114-unit development doubled the number of condos in downtown Cincinnati in 2004.

The 11-foot ceilings of the industrial building and large windows provided large light-filled living spaces. Buyers were able to customize their homes with a wide range of designer finishes.

The common areas featured a community living room with a 10-level atrium and bridges connecting the two buildings, exercise facility, overnight room rental and rooftop deck.
