Since 2006, Greiwe Development has partnered with Sibcy Cline and North American Properties on 2770 Observatory and the five-phased Mariemont development consisting of 120 condominiums. Established in 1954 and headquartered in Cincinnati, North American Properties is a leader in the real estate industry. The company has developed 22 million square feet of commercial space and 19,000 residential units in 15 states. It’s best known in Cincinnati for Edgecliff Point, the city’s first luxury high rise condominium in Eden Park overlooking the Ohio River. Recently, North American Properties purchased Newport on the Levee and plans a major redevelopment.
